
宋(song)李(li)(li)翔(xiang),中(zhong)共黨員,數創(chuang)學院(yuan)學工(gong)辦負(fu)責人。雖(sui)說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管(guan)(guan)理學院(yuan)輪崗來(lai)到(dao)數創(chuang)學院(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋(song)李(li)(li)翔(xiang)已在學生管(guan)(guan)理工(gong)作崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個(ge)年頭,是學校學工(gong)隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經(jing)驗(yan)豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅力(li)量。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記使命”主題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作開展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋李(li)翔積極(ji)響應(ying)(ying)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)的(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記使命”主題教(jiao)育(yu)統一部(bu)(bu)署(shu)和安(an)排(pai),積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作,將黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)作與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作同(tong)部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、共落實(shi)(shi),找準(zhun)基層黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建(jian)設的(de)重點,扎實(shi)(shi)推進(jin)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作中以(yi)身作則、身先士卒、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作隊伍,服(fu)務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書(shu)記應(ying)(ying)有的(de)風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

g)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)(ping)臺,在學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導支持下(xia),積極(ji)(ji)與(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市公安局機場分局聯絡,于2019年(nian)6月(yue)正(zheng)式成(cheng)立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫宣傳志(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)服務基(ji)地(di),使得志(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)服務與(yu)專業建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)深(shen)度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)注意整合資源,借助(zhu)外力(li)(li)提升(sheng)(sheng)部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半年(nian)來(lai)2次主動(dong)(dong)(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過(guo)借助(zhu)專業力(li)(li)量提升(sheng)(sheng)對重點關注學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)管理(li)(li)能力(li)(li)和(he)應對水平(ping)(ping)。積極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體平(ping)(ping)臺在思想(xiang)(xiang)政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)陣(zhen)地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織(zhi)(zhi)策劃(hua)迎(ying)新(xin)(xin)系(xi)列推文、國慶70周年(nian)系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文等宣傳推文,深(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作中敢于擔當,身(shen)先士卒,高度自(zi)律。每天(tian)早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作,下午最后一(yi)(yi)個離(li)開辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)室,關愛團隊成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內(nei)部建設(she)(she),通過(guo)專題(ti)研討、團隊成員(yuan)談心談話(hua)、團隊活(huo)動(dong)等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)(ban)營造(zao)出團結協作,拼(pin)搏奉獻的工(gong)作氛(fen)圍。每周(zhou)2次實(shi)地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早(zao)晚修(xiu)情(qing)況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談話(hua)、走訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表(biao)座談等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自(zi)開展(zhan)主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍走訪4次。工(gong)作中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針對性(xing)的開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)理念落實(shi)到(dao)(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成的,一(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作團隊建設(she)(she)也不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯(wei)有通過(guo)嚴于律己的作風和正能量(liang)的積極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的建設(she)(she)與時(shi)(shi)俱進,勇往直前。
