
宋(song)李翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員,數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責(ze)人。雖說是(shi)今年初從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院,但從進(jin)校(xiao)(xiao)伊(yi)始,宋(song)李翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九(jiu)個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量(liang)。
自(zi)“不忘(wang)初心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極響應校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘(wang)初心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)統一部(bu)署和安(an)排,積極組(zu)織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共(gong)落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設(she)的重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生、貼近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生成長(chang)成才,展(zhan)現(xian)了學(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記應有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過(guo)借助(zhu)專業力(li)量提升(sheng)對(dui)重點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)和(he)應對(dui)水平(ping)。積(ji)極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思想政治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)用(yong),組織(zhi)策劃迎新(xin)(xin)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)推(tui)文、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年(nian)(nian)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)活動(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推(tui)文等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)宣傳推(tui)文,深(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)歡(huan)迎。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作中敢于(yu)擔(dan)當,身先(xian)士(shi)卒,高度(du)自律。每天早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作,下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛(ai)團隊(dui)(dui)成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)設,通(tong)過專題研討、團隊(dui)(dui)成員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營造出團結協作,拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作氛圍(wei)。每周(zhou)2次(ci)實地(di)檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)(dong)態(tai),及時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)作以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作中能根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特點,有(you)針對(dui)(dui)性的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實到位。同時對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教育(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)引導。羅(luo)馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作團隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯(wei)有(you)通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律己的(de)(de)作風(feng)和正能量(liang)的(de)(de)積極傳遞才能讓新時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)建(jian)設與(yu)(yu)時俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
