[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李(li)翔,中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負(fu)責人。雖說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋(song)李(li)翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經(jing)驗豐富的中堅(jian)力量。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)意整(zheng)合資源,借(jie)助外力(li)(li)提(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半年來2次主(zhu)動聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)校心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),通過(guo)(guo)借(jie)助專業力(li)(li)量(liang)提(ti)升(sheng)對(dui)重點關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的管理(li)(li)(li)(li)能力(li)(li)和應對(dui)水平(ping)(ping)。積(ji)極(ji)發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體平(ping)(ping)臺在思(si)想政治(zhi)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)織(zhi)策劃迎新(xin)(xin)系(xi)列推(tui)(tui)文、國(guo)慶70周年系(xi)列活動、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年說推(tui)(tui)文等(deng)(deng)宣傳推(tui)(tui)文,深(shen)(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先(xian)士(shi)卒,高(gao)度(du)自律。每天早上(shang)提前(qian)(qian)一(yi)個(ge)小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等(deng)方(fang)式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉(feng)獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周(zhou)2次實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及(ji)時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)饋早晚修情況。積(ji)極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai)(tai),及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主題教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)(ren)次,宿舍走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特點(dian),有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性(xing)的(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)理念落實到位。同時對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放(fang)棄引導教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)要(yao)求(qiu),敢碰硬的(de)態(tai)(tai)度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)天建成的(de),一(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設也不是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能(neng)量的(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能(neng)讓新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部的(de)建設與(yu)時俱進,勇往直前(qian)(qian)。
