[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化地(di)位(wei),對(dui)整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化大(da)發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起(qi)著舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖書館作為(wei)古今中外最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地(di),肩負(fu)著特別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化使命(ming)和任務(wu)。高校(xiao)圖書館在為(wei)教學科研服務(wu)的(de)同時,更有著直接參(can)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)(fu)合式創(chuang)新(xin)型高(gao)(gao)素質高(gao)(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職業院校提出的(de)新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符(fu)合市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才的(de)新(xin)變化(hua)(hua),也(ye)切合技(ji)能人(ren)才未來(lai)發展(zhan)的(de)方向(xiang)。全面推進“文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合育(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才培養模式改革,對職業院校的(de)發展(zhan)與教育(yu)教學提出了(le)新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明了(le)新(xin)型技(ji)能人(ren)才培育(yu)的(de)復(fu)(fu)雜性。作(zuo)為(wei)傳統的(de)文化(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體部(bu)門、教學輔助單(dan)位(wei),圖(tu)書館理(li)當主(zhu)動參與到文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)單(dan)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),從(cong)適應(ying)(ying)崗位(wei)到(dao)工作創新(xin),從(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),現代技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)定位(wei)有(you)根(gen)本(ben)性(xing)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變,對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館而(er)言(yan),自(zi)身定位(wei)與(yu)工作責(ze)任必須(xu)進行變革。第一(yi),努力拓展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)資源建設(she)(she)和(he)(he)服(fu)務提升,依復合型、創新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)來采購(gou)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀(du)環境(jing),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,更要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參與(yu)到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)線(xian)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)全程介入教與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過(guo)程,從(cong)而(er)在實踐中(zhong)(zhong)使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴(kuo)大(da)(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)外延,著(zhu)力推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。第二(er),著(zhu)力打造新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開,不(bu)僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養課程的(de)(de)(de)開設(she)(she)問題(ti),更重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)(da)環境(jing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠(qu)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)問題(ti),推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設(she)(she),是一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌(mi)漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三,不(bu)斷放大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)與(yu)創新(xin)十分重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應(ying)(ying)該根(gen)據(ju)時(shi)代需(xu)要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方面的(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不(bu)同角度(du)完善、充(chong)實、放大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面成長相(xiang)結合,激勵(li)教師投身于(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創新(xin)創造中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓(zhua)住德(de)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)主線(xian),用不(bu)同形式和(he)(he)方法提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)、職業(ye)道(dao)德(de)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升到(dao)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步(bu)形成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與(yu)精神內(nei)核(he),塑造學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提升學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念(nian),一方面(mian)要求(qiu)圖(tu)書文(wen)化升華拓展,衍進(jin)到書香文(wen)化,進(jin)而推動書香校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化大發展,另一方面(mian)也從文(wen)化建設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖(tu)書館的(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)(she)是(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書館永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)重(zhong)視資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重(zhong)點抓(zhua)好(hao)特(te)(te)色(se)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)(she)。圖(tu)(tu)書資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)(she)實則是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)(she),是(shi)書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎(chu)。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se),應進(jin)一(yi)步與學校各部門(men)及校外(wai)單位合作(zuo),加(jia)強合作(zuo)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)(she),加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如(ru)職(zhi)業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進(jin)行歸納(na)整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建立專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫(ku)(ku)。日常采購中,應有(you)意識地進(jin)行專題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也(ye)可發(fa)揮博(bo)物館功能,收(shou)集地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資料、非物質遺(yi)產,接受私人專題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)(ku)或(huo)特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館的服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)館的服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過(guo)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套(tao)基(ji)本的能滿(man)足讀(du)者需求的服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文獻信息的個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師(shi)或(huo)重(zhong)點團隊在縱深(shen)層次(ci)的教學(xue)科研活動中(zhong)對(dui)文獻信息的個性(xing)需求,其(qi)次(ci)要(yao)在服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率(lv)更高,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)書(shu)館、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)館等,促(cu)進(jin)與讀(du)者的信息交流,文化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師生最重要的聚(ju)集之地(di)。面向未來,我們提出除了(le)要把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資源(yuan)信息中心(xin)(xin)(xin)之外(wai),還要建(jian)成學(xue)(xue)習交(jiao)流中心(xin)(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心(xin)(xin)(xin)和宣(xuan)傳教育中心(xin)(xin)(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)型大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)的轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)校育人的重要渠道(dao)。近年(nian)來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規(gui)服(fu)務的同時,大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)講座、書評競賽和技能比賽等,保持(chi)了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)的頻率(lv),通過教師的讀書俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生的讀者協會,與(yu)(yu)師生建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的聯(lian)系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且(qie)走出校門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)或(huo)師生的專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)活動(dong)(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
