[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特(te)有的文化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文化(hua)(hua)地位(wei),對整個(ge)社(she)會(hui)(hui)的文化(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,甚而對經濟、科(ke)研、社(she)會(hui)(hui)文明等方面的進步(bu)起(qi)著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)作(zuo)為古今中外最重(zhong)要的藏書(shu)場所、文化(hua)(hua)天地,肩(jian)負著(zhu)特(te)別(bie)的文化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命和任務。高(gao)校圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)在為教學科(ke)研服務的同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文化(hua)(hua)育人的重(zhong)要使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復合式創(chuang)新(xin)型高素質高技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期(qi)對職業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)要求,符(fu)合市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才的(de)新(xin)變(bian)化,也切合技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才未來發展的(de)方向。全面推(tui)進“文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才培養(yang)模式改革,對職業院校的(de)發展與教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)才培育(yu)(yu)的(de)復雜(za)性。作(zuo)為(wei)傳統的(de)文化主體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書(shu)館理(li)當(dang)主動參(can)與到文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)到學(xue)(xue)科或專業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),從(cong)適應崗位到工(gong)作創(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)到以人(ren)為(wei)本綜合發展,現代技能人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)定(ding)位有(you)根本性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高(gao)校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館而言,自身定(ding)位與(yu)工(gong)作責任必須(xu)進行(xing)變(bian)革。第(di)(di)一(yi),努力(li)拓展圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到育(yu)(yu)人(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)(yu)人(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開(kai)展資源建設(she)和服(fu)務(wu)提(ti)升(sheng),依復合型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)來采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀(du)環(huan)境,開(kai)展多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館,參與(yu)到育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)(di)一(yi)線(xian)(xian)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館可以全(quan)程(cheng)介入(ru)教與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個過程(cheng),從(cong)而在實(shi)踐中(zhong)(zhong)使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)外延(yan),著(zhu)力(li)推(tui)動校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展。第(di)(di)二,著(zhu)力(li)打造(zao)新(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展開(kai),不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問題,推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園建設(she),是一(yi)個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香彌漫校(xiao)園,使(shi)校(xiao)園人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣(qi)息(xi)濃郁。第(di)(di)三,不斷放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)分。在書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應該根據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色(se),組織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)力(li)量,從(cong)不同(tong)角度(du)完善、充(chong)實(shi)、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)功(gong)能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)、研(yan)究、社會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全(quan)面(mian)成(cheng)長相(xiang)結(jie)合,激勵教師(shi)投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓住德育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)主線(xian)(xian),用不同(tong)形(xing)式和方法(fa)提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)公德、職(zhi)業(ye)道(dao)德與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神(shen),以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎(chu),逐(zhu)步形(xing)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)精神(shen)內核,塑(su)造(zao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實“文化育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養理(li)念,一方(fang)面(mian)要求(qiu)(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)文化升(sheng)華拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)香文化,進(jin)而推動(dong)書(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文化大發(fa)展,另一方(fang)面(mian)也從文化建設的角(jiao)度對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)館的具體工作提出了(le)新的要求(qiu)(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖書館永恒的(de)主題,今后(hou)應(ying)有三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重(zhong)視資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重(zhong)點(dian)抓好(hao)特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進一(yi)步與(yu)學校(xiao)各部門及(ji)校(xiao)外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題如職業素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸納整(zheng)理,集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專題文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中(zhong),應(ying)有意識地進行專題采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博(bo)物館功能,收(shou)集地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資料(liao)、非物質(zhi)遺產,接受私人專題藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)成(cheng)專題數據庫(ku)或(huo)特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統(tong)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現代(dai)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)能滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基礎(chu)上,要(yao)(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)教學科研活動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個性需求,其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天(tian)群(qun)、手機(ji)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬(ni)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進與(yu)讀者的(de)信(xin)息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互(hu)動(dong)。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校園師生最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未(wei)來,我們提出(chu)除了要(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)資源信(xin)息(xi)中心之(zhi)外,還(huan)要(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)習交流中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)中心和(he)宣傳教(jiao)育中心,實(shi)現由(you)傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺,成(cheng)(cheng)為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和(he)技(ji)能(neng)比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師生建(jian)立了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精(jing)彩,還(huan)要(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校園,并且走(zou)出(chu)校門,配(pei)合教(jiao)學(xue)活動(dong)(dong)或(huo)師生的(de)(de)(de)專題活動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。
