[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特(te)有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)底(di)蘊(yun)和(he)(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)地(di)位,對(dui)整個社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展,甚而對(dui)經濟(ji)、科研(yan)、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進(jin)步起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用(yong)。圖(tu)書(shu)館作為古今(jin)中外最重要(yao)的(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地(di),肩負(fu)著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和(he)(he)任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)館在為教學科研(yan)服務的(de)(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復合式創新(xin)型(xing)(xing)高(gao)素質(zhi)高(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對職業院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市場對新(xin)型(xing)(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)變化,也切合技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向。全面推進“文(wen)化育人(ren)、復合育人(ren)、協(xie)同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式改革,對職業院校的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展與教育教學提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)型(xing)(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培育的(de)(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化主體部門、教學輔助(zhu)單(dan)位,圖(tu)書館理當主動參與到文(wen)化育人(ren)工作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)(yao)(yao)求到(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業群要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適(shi)應(ying)崗位(wei)(wei)到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創新(xin)(xin)(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)為本綜合發展,現代(dai)(dai)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理念與定位(wei)(wei)有根(gen)本性轉(zhuan)變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)而言(yan),自身定位(wei)(wei)與工(gong)作(zuo)責(ze)任必須進行變革。第一(yi)(yi),努(nu)力(li)(li)拓(tuo)展圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵(han),必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創新(xin)(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)為中心(xin)開(kai)(kai)展資源建(jian)設和(he)服(fu)(fu)務提升(sheng),依復(fu)合型、創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)求來采(cai)購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱讀環境(jing),開(kai)(kai)展多層(ceng)次的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務,更要(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),參(can)與到(dao)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)可以全程介入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)個(ge)過程,從(cong)而在實踐中使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵(han)與外延,著力(li)(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展。第二(er),著力(li)(li)打造(zao)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展開(kai)(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)設問(wen)(wen)題,更重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境(jing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設問(wen)(wen)題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫(man)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃(nong)郁。第三,不(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與創新(xin)(xin)(xin)十分(fen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中,應(ying)該(gai)根(gen)據(ju)時代(dai)(dai)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)量,從(cong)不(bu)同角度完善(shan)、充實、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)功(gong)能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會(hui)服(fu)(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)與學(xue)(xue)生全面成長相結合,激勵教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)創造(zao)中來。抓住(zhu)德(de)(de)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主線,用不(bu)同形式(shi)和(he)方法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)公德(de)(de)、職(zhi)業道德(de)(de)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐步(bu)形成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與精神內(nei)(nei)核,塑造(zao)學(xue)(xue)生,提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化育(yu)人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一方面要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化升(sheng)華拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)香文(wen)化,進(jin)而推動(dong)書(shu)香校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化大發展,另一方面也從文(wen)化建(jian)設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工(gong)作提出了(le)新的(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)建設(she)是圖(tu)(tu)書館永(yong)恒(heng)的(de)主題(ti),今后(hou)應(ying)有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變,一是重(zhong)視資源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重(zhong)點抓好特(te)色資源(yuan)建設(she)。圖(tu)(tu)書資源(yuan)建設(she)實則是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)建設(she),是書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為形成(cheng)資源(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對(dui)性、有(you)效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進一步與學校各(ge)部門及校外單位合(he)作(zuo),加強合(he)作(zuo)資源(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)建設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職業素養、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一旦(dan)形成(cheng)規模(mo),就進行歸納整理(li),集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有(you)意識地(di)進行專題(ti)采購(gou)(gou),形成(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮(hui)博物(wu)館功能,收(shou)集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料、非物(wu)質遺產,接受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專題(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來(lai)育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵(jian)要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)多(duo)樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套基本(ben)的(de)能滿(man)足讀者(zhe)(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系,在此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業(ye)圖(tu)書文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿(man)足教師(shi)或重(zhong)(zhong)點團隊在縱深(shen)層次(ci)的(de)教學科研活(huo)動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)需求,其(qi)次(ci)要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法(fa)上下(xia)功夫(fu),引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊(liao)天(tian)群(qun)、手機圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)信(xin)(xin)息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面(mian)向未來,我們提出除了要把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中心之(zhi)外,還(huan)要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)習交(jiao)流中心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心和宣傳教(jiao)育中心,實現由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,大量舉(ju)辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽和技能(neng)比賽等(deng),保(bao)持了館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部(bu)與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協(xie)會(hui),與師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還(huan)要走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走(zou)出校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配合教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
