魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深入推(tui)進學校(xiao)數(shu)字化轉(zhuan)型,高質量落實(shi)好“雙高”建設各項任(ren)務(wu),6月28日,深圳職(zhi)業技術學院舉行黨委理論學習(xi)(xi)中心組(擴(kuo)大)學習(xi)(xi)會,特別邀請全國政協委員、中國職(zhi)業技術教(jiao)育學會會長(chang)、教(jiao)育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕(xin)在京聯線,作題(ti)為(wei)《人(ren)工智能與經(jing)濟學:“雙高”建設全新領(ling)域的全面建設》專(zhuan)題(ti)報告。會議由校(xiao)黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)長(chang)楊欣(xin)斌主持(chi)。

習近平總書記高度重視人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展(zhan),認為“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)是引領新一輪科技革命和產業變(bian)革的重要(yao)驅動力(li)”,“把(ba)握全球人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)態勢,找準突破口和主攻方向(xiang),培(pei)養大批具有創新能(neng)(neng)力(li)和合(he)作精神的人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才(cai)是教育的重要(yao)使(shi)命”。

魯昕列舉了人社(she)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)布的(de)數字(zi)經(jing)濟背景(jing)下市場(chang)(chang)需求迫切的(de)39個新(xin)職業(ye),通過分析新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知(zhi)識(shi)、新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng),突顯(xian)出工作場(chang)(chang)景(jing)變(bian)化對(dui)“雙高(gao)”專(zhuan)業(ye)建設提出的(de)要(yao)求。最(zui)后,魯昕通過對(dui)工信部(bu)(bu)人才交流中心發(fa)布的(de)《工業(ye)互聯網(wang)產業(ye)人才崗(gang)位能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)要(yao)求》分析,展(zhan)示了工業(ye)互聯網(wang)產業(ye)人才8個方向(xiang)41個崗(gang)位的(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)要(yao)求,系統總結了人工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)高(gao)等教(jiao)育動手能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)數字(zi)化和實訓基(ji)地虛擬(ni)化轉(zhuan)型的(de)呼(hu)喚(huan)。

魯昕希(xi)望,在“雙區”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)背景(jing)下,“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)過程中(zhong),深職院作為“雙高”中(zhong)的(de)“雙高”,要充分探(tan)討(tao)如何在粵港(gang)澳大灣區的(de)政策環境、在新(xin)一(yi)代信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)的(de)創新(xin)文化、在深職院的(de)工科特色(se)中(zhong)發揮(hui)積極(ji)作用,構建(jian)(jian)新(xin)知識體系,構建(jian)(jian)新(xin)課程體系,顛覆(fu)專業結構,培養復合性(xing)人才,成為名副(fu)其實的(de)世(shi)界(jie)一(yi)流職業技(ji)術(shu)學院。

楊(yang)欣斌在(zai)總結中(zhong)表(biao)示,魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的報告站(zhan)位高(gao)遠、視野開(kai)闊,理(li)論深厚(hou)、邏輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明、素(su)材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問題、貼近實(shi)際,特別是結合我校“雙高(gao)”建設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置和產教融(rong)合的情況提出具體的指導意(yi)(yi)見,對(dui)于推動(dong)學校數字化轉型,落(luo)(luo)實(shi)好“雙高(gao)”建設(she),科學謀劃“十四(si)五”期間(jian)的思路(lu)和舉措,具有(you)重要的指導意(yi)(yi)義(yi)。楊(yang)欣斌要求(qiu)各單位深刻(ke)領會、深入研究魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的報告精神,結合實(shi)際抓好貫徹(che)落(luo)(luo)實(shi),努力在(zai)“雙高(gao)”建設(she)中(zhong)走在(zai)前(qian)列,爭當(dang)職業(ye)教育創新發展(zhan)的先行者。

整場(chang)(chang)報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全校共300余(yu)人參(can)加學(xue)習(xi)(xi),其中,全體專業主(zhu)任(ren)、教研室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)、實訓室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)在會場(chang)(chang)進(jin)行(xing)集中學(xue)習(xi)(xi);全體校領(ling)導、黨委委員,全體中層(ceng)干(gan)部通過騰訊會議系統進(jin)行(xing)線上學(xue)習(xi)(xi)。
