為(wei)深入推進學(xue)校(xiao)數字化轉型,高質量落實好“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設各項任務,6月28日,深圳(zhen)職業(ye)技術(shu)學(xue)院舉行黨委理(li)論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴大)學(xue)習(xi)會,特別邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委員(yuan)、中國職業(ye)技術(shu)教育學(xue)會會長(chang)、教育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕(xin)在京聯線,作題(ti)為(wei)《人工智能與經濟學(xue):“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設全(quan)新領(ling)域的全(quan)面建(jian)(jian)設》專(zhuan)題(ti)報(bao)告。會議(yi)由校(xiao)黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)長(chang)楊(yang)欣斌主持。

習近平總書(shu)記高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視人(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展,認為“人(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)是引(yin)領新一輪科技(ji)革命和產業變革的(de)重(zhong)要驅動力”,“把(ba)握全球(qiu)人(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展態勢,找準突破口和主(zhu)攻(gong)方向,培養大批具有(you)創新能(neng)(neng)力和合作精神的(de)人(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)高(gao)端人(ren)才是教育(yu)的(de)重(zhong)要使命”。

魯昕列(lie)舉了人社部(bu)發布的數字經濟背景下市場(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的39個新(xin)職業(ye),通(tong)過分析新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技術、新(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯出工作場(chang)景變化(hua)對(dui)“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)建(jian)設提(ti)出的要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通(tong)過對(dui)工信部(bu)人才交流中心發布的《工業(ye)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)人才崗(gang)位(wei)能(neng)(neng)力要(yao)求(qiu)》分析,展(zhan)示了工業(ye)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)人才8個方向41個崗(gang)位(wei)的4項能(neng)(neng)力要(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了人工智能(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)對(dui)高(gao)等(deng)教育動(dong)手能(neng)(neng)力數字化(hua)和實(shi)訓基地(di)虛擬化(hua)轉(zhuan)型的呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙區”建(jian)設的(de)背景下,“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設的(de)過程中(zhong)(zhong),深職(zhi)院作(zuo)為“雙高(gao)(gao)”中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)“雙高(gao)(gao)”,要充分(fen)探討如何在粵港(gang)澳大灣(wan)區的(de)政(zheng)策環境、在新(xin)(xin)一(yi)(yi)代信息技術(shu)的(de)創新(xin)(xin)文化(hua)、在深職(zhi)院的(de)工科特色中(zhong)(zhong)發揮積極作(zuo)用,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)(xin)知(zhi)識(shi)體系,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)(xin)課程體系,顛覆專業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合性人才,成為名副其實(shi)的(de)世界一(yi)(yi)流職(zhi)業技術(shu)學院。

楊欣斌在(zai)總結中(zhong)表示(shi),魯昕會(hui)(hui)長的報告(gao)站位(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠(yuan)、視野開闊,理(li)論(lun)深厚、邏(luo)輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明(ming)、素材豐富,聚(ju)焦問(wen)題、貼近(jin)實(shi)(shi)際,特(te)別是結合(he)我校“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設、專業設置和(he)產(chan)教融合(he)的情況提(ti)出具體的指導意見(jian),對于推動學校數(shu)字化轉型,落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)好“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設,科學謀劃“十四五”期間(jian)的思路和(he)舉措,具有重要的指導意義。楊欣斌要求各(ge)單位(wei)深刻領(ling)會(hui)(hui)、深入(ru)研究魯昕會(hui)(hui)長的報告(gao)精神,結合(he)實(shi)(shi)際抓(zhua)好貫徹落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi),努(nu)力在(zai)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設中(zhong)走在(zai)前列(lie),爭當職業教育創(chuang)新發展的先(xian)行者。

整場(chang)報告(gao)歷時兩個半小時,全(quan)校共300余人參加(jia)學(xue)習,其(qi)中(zhong),全(quan)體(ti)專業主任(ren)、教研室主任(ren)、實訓室主任(ren)在會場(chang)進行(xing)集(ji)中(zhong)學(xue)習;全(quan)體(ti)校領導、黨委委員,全(quan)體(ti)中(zhong)層干(gan)部(bu)通過騰訊會議系統進行(xing)線(xian)上(shang)學(xue)習。
