我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深(shen)入貫徹德(de)智體美勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面發展的(de)黨(dang)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針(zhen),全(quan)面落實《中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院(yuan)(yuan)關于全(quan)面加強新時(shi)代大中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)意見(jian)》精(jing)神(shen),大力提(ti)升高等職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校學(xue)(xue)生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)素養,形成體現時(shi)代要求、符合育(yu)(yu)人規律、彰顯(xian)高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校特色(se)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體系(xi),8月25日(ri)至(zhi)8月28日(ri),由(you)我校和中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦(ban)、創想家(jia)科技(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(深(shen)圳(zhen))有(you)限公司協辦(ban)的(de)2020年全(quan)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師研修班(中(zhong)級),在線上會議(yi)平臺成功(gong)舉辦(ban)。

為(wei)優化(hua)勞動教(jiao)育師(shi)資供給,本(ben)次教(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)(pei)訓除了邀請勞動教(jiao)育領域相關知名學者外,基于勞動教(jiao)育本(ben)身特(te)質,還邀請了企業代表擔任課程(cheng)授課講師(shi)。共有來自廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西、貴州(zhou)、湖(hu)南、江蘇(su)、內蒙古、陜西、浙江等(deng)14所(suo)職業院校近30名老師(shi)參加(jia)培(pei)(pei)訓。

 培訓期間,學(xue)(xue)(xue)員們(men)分別觀摩了中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅副(fu)校(xiao)長(chang)(chang)、我校(xiao)人(ren)文(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長(chang)(chang)、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨印副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中國美術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)杜銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優必選人(ren)工智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)郭(guo)子(zi)琦、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)李(li)珂(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣東海涵律師(shi)(shi)事務所主任律師(shi)(shi)吳小波主講的(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史演(yan)變、政(zheng)策解讀與(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責與(yu)(yu)倫(lun)理——如何更好的(de)(de)(de)理解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)素質能力提(ti)升”“職(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)課程設(she)(she)計——臺灣(wan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發展與(yu)(yu)實踐”“人(ren)工智能時(shi)代下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)融合機(ji)制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)風險與(yu)(yu)應(ying)對政(zheng)策”七堂(tang)課。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家們(men)表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)政(zheng)策的(de)(de)(de)進一(yi)步推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將更加專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業化且惠及更多學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資則(ze)面臨極大的(de)(de)(de)挑戰。從(cong)長(chang)(chang)遠來(lai)看,應(ying)開(kai)設(she)(she)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業,培養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業人(ren)才(cai)。短(duan)期內,應(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)目前師(shi)(shi)資情況采取多種措施,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結合的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資隊伍。

同時,為深(shen)入了(le)解目(mu)前高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)展(zhan)情況,今(jin)年(nian)3月,我校(xiao)聯合創想家教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科技(深(shen)圳(zhen))有限(xian)公司,對覆(fu)蓋生源(yuan)地30個(ge)(ge)省、自治(zhi)區、直轄(xia)市的學生及來(lai)自全國14所高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)的老師(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)展(zhan)《全國高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)現狀調查報告藍皮書》專項問卷調研。經過5個(ge)(ge)月的立項、調研論證、問卷發放及回(hui)收(shou)(shou)、電(dian)話(hua)訪談記(ji)錄、數據清洗與甄別(bie)等,共回(hui)收(shou)(shou)有效(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)問卷221份,學生問卷2101份,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)訪談記(ji)錄25份。

調研(yan)專家組成員(yuan)范(fan)苗(miao)就調研(yan)報告中學生(sheng)素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、目(mu)前(qian)勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)問題、師(shi)資(zi)建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)問題、勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)實(shi)習實(shi)訓(xun)相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)問題、勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)校園文化建設相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)問題、勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)社會服務相結合(he)的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)(ji)問題等(deng)內容進行分享(xiang),讓研(yan)修班的學員(yuan)們從數據(ju)中更科(ke)學更全(quan)面(mian)的了(le)解目(mu)前(qian)勞動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)在(zai)高(gao)職院(yuan)校中開展的情況(kuang)。

研修班4天的課(ke)程涵蓋勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育理(li)論(lun)知識(shi)、相關(guan)(guan)政策導讀、實(shi)際課(ke)程案例分(fen)析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)相關(guan)(guan)法律知識(shi)普及、人(ren)工(gong)智能下的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育等多個(ge)方面(mian),最(zui)后以電子考卷(juan)的形式對學員(yuan)們進(jin)行考核(he)。參訓(xun)學員(yuan)紛(fen)紛(fen)表示(shi),將以本次研究班為(wei)新的起點,進(jin)一步(bu)加(jia)強理(li)論(lun)學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育觀,為(wei)所屬高(gao)職院校開展(zhan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育工(gong)作貢獻力量;并(bing)希望這樣(yang)的培訓(xun)能夠制度化、常態(tai)化,進(jin)一步(bu)豐富培訓(xun)內容,在條件(jian)允許的情況下,安排線下培訓(xun)課(ke),加(jia)入動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)手實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節,將勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)精神貫(guan)穿師資(zi)培訓(xun)始(shi)終(zhong)。
